This website shares information about GFF’s mission, framework, divisions and projects, and lets you contact us, subscribe to updates, book a call and make donations. Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice.

The content on this site is for general educational and informational purposes.

  • No medical advice. Nothing here, including content on cannabis and cannabinoid science, botanical and herbal medicine, or our Patient Impact work, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.   • GFF is an education and public-benefit initiative. We do not sell medical products or provide clinical services through this website.

3. Plans, proposals and forward-looking statements

Some content describes projects, budgets, targets and long-term ambitions, including pilot programs, proposed budgets, participant targets and our long-term public-benefit vision. These are plans and goals, not achieved results or guaranteed outcomes. Funding, partners and delivery timelines are subject to confirmation and may change. Figures such as our long-term ambition do not represent funds raised or held.

4. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and made to support GFF’s mission and operations.
  • Donations are generally final and non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at [email] as soon as possible.
  • We may allocate funds to the areas where they are most needed. Where a gift is made to a specific project or priority, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that preference, but we reserve the right to redirect funds if a project changes, cannot proceed, or is fully funded.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers ([Stripe / PayPal]). Their terms and privacy policies apply to the payment process, and we do not store your full card details.

Third-party names, logos and images belong to their respective owners.

When you send us a message, form entry or feedback, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and operate our work, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use general, non-personal feedback to improve the site and our programs.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bermuda, unless the law of your country gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice, are the entire agreement between you and GFF about your use of this site.
